Are you over 40 and want to move well again?
Had an injury that just isn’t resolving effectively?
Are you interested in The Why?
Do you want to actually understand what is happening in your body?
Be your own physio in our 3 hour session & take back ownership of your body
Don’t just rely on your clinician to tell you what is wrong. Take the time to really understand how your body moves and why you may be in pain, or feel like you are getting stiffer as the years go by.
This is more than just a movement session. We will look to self assess …
Posture, breathing, core activation, spinal mobility, functional movements and more…
These classes cover what I do with every new patient that comes to see me in clinic.
So if you want to move better, understand what causes your stiffness and pain, and have a detailed guided physio assessment, than come and join me for our next short self assessment class.
