All payment by internet banking or credit card.
**Cancellations within 24hrs of an initial assessment or private session are billed at £35 and any payments owing after 3 weeks of term start date will incur a 10% late payment fee.
Terms and Conditions
All term fees are due on or before the 1st class of term.
All fees are non-refundable. Missed classes can be happily made up in alternate classes that term subject to availability. Credit is available for serious illness/hospital admissions/personal & family distress. The office must be contacted to discuss during that same term.
A late fee of 10% will be charged on all accounts overdue at the end of week 3 unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please note Pro-align reserve the right to amend the class timetable when necessary.

Booking reminders are sent out in weeks 8 and 10 of term. It is your responsibility to book in for the next term, some classes can get full.
